About NGCC

The Network Group for Composites in Construction (NGCC) represents the composites in construction industry in the UK and unites its members in one body.  Its membership covers all sectors of the industry. Activities of NGCC include dissemination of information and news, forums for collaboration and networking, and providing a central focus for those needing support within the industry. The group has been operational since its launch in November 2000.

NGCC develops and promotes best practice in the application of fibre reinforced polymer composites in construction.

Testimonial: "Over the past 5 years Gurit have become involved with a number of organisations set up to promote the application of composites in different markets, including civil engineering and construction. Of these, only the NGCC have demonstrated a real understanding of the issues involved and the true passion and effort which will be required to successfully promote composites within what is a very conservative industry sector.

There is no doubt that our participation in NGCC has increased our visibility in the industry and leads provided to us through their consultancy database have also led to involvement in a number of projects of which we previously had no knowledge.

We strongly support the work which they are doing and have little doubt that the NGCC will become a key organisation involved in producing standards and driving forward increased professionalism in the industry."

Thomas Royle, Head of Strategic Business Development, Gurit [UK] Limited
