Modern Built Environment KTN

Modern Built Environment Knowledge Transfer Network

The MBE KTN was formally launched on 18th April 2007.  It strives to understand Industry Needs, to share knowledge of new Technologies, and will seek to encourage technology providers and technology seekers to Collaborate in order to Innovate.

NGCC represents the composites in construction community in the MBEKTN.

The Modern Built Environment KTN (MBE KTN) is initially focused on identifying and actively facilitating the application of key innovations to three sectors:

Healthcare
The demands for healthcare provision are changing rapidly, occurring on timescales as short as 2-3 years and forcing new methods of healthcare delivery.

Infrastructure
Infrastructure provides the foundations of our modern built environment, impacting on all that we do and how we go about our lives.

Offices
The potential impact of new technology on the office of the 21st century is enormous and will affect everyone, from where we work, to how we work and even when we work.
